Throughput and technology
Beans are ground per drink, and the current-generation brewing system is engineered to hold recipe accuracy at pace rather than only on the first cup of the day. Larger hoppers and canisters mean fewer interruptions to refill mid-service, and the control interface has been modernised so that new staff can be shown the machine in minutes. Consistency at volume is the point here: the same espresso base, the same milk texture, the same result at nine in the morning and four in the afternoon.

Larger offices, staff canteens, hotel lobbies, cafés and busy hospitality venues are the obvious homes for it.
