Fresh beans are held in the hopper and ground for each individual drink, so aroma is not lost sitting in a bag of pre-ground coffee. Chocolate powder and dried milk canisters extend the menu into cappuccinos, lattes and mochas without any fresh milk handling, refrigeration or line cleaning. The whole brew sequence is automated, which removes the variables that normally separate a good cup from a disappointing one.
