Three canisters, one touchscreen and up to 36 drink combinations: the Bravilor Bonamat Bolero 32 is proof that a compact machine need not mean a short menu.
Three canisters, 36 combinations
The ingredient canisters typically hold instant coffee, milk powder and chocolate, and the machine combines them in different ratios and volumes to produce up to 36 selections, from a plain black coffee through to cappuccino, mocha and hot chocolate. The touchscreen makes that range usable instead of intimidating, presenting drinks clearly so a first-time visitor can order without asking anyone for help.

Plumbed or Flojet: choose before you order
The machine can be installed on a mains plumbed supply or run from a Flojet container water system, and it is not a decision to leave until delivery day. It changes where the machine can go, what has to be ready when it arrives, and whether the counter needs space for a container underneath or beside it. It is far easier to check the details before you order than to move a machine afterwards, and our team can talk the layout through with you if the position is not obvious.
What Flojet buys, and what it costs
Flojet is worth highlighting for anyone placing a machine where plumbing is awkward: a meeting room, a mobile unit, a leased space where alterations are restricted. Drinks are drawn from a bottled water container instead of a mains feed, which buys freedom of position at the cost of a small standing job for somebody. Plumbed is the lower-effort answer wherever it is possible, because the machine then looks after its own supply and nobody has to notice a bottle running low.
Sizing it to a room, not a building
Think of the 32 as the right size for a room. Drinks are wanted through the day at a civilised pace rather than in one crushing wave, and the machine is compact enough to sit where a kettle used to and smart enough to put in front of visitors, which is why it turns up as often in hospitality venues as in offices.
- Offices, professional practices and dental or veterinary waiting areas
- Small canteens, showrooms and training suites
- Rooms where plumbing is restricted and Flojet solves it
What the menu really tastes like
Milk comes from the powder canister, which is what allows a machine this size to offer cappuccino and mocha without a fridge, a chiller line or a hygiene routine. Nobody will mistake it for a flat white made on a bean to cup machine, but it is consistent, it is available at any hour, and it removes the milk that goes off in a communal fridge.
Adjust the dose before you judge it
The 36 combinations give you something genuinely useful: strengths and cup sizes can be set to suit your people, and a small adjustment to the coffee dose changes opinion of the machine more than any other setting. Make that adjustment in the first week, while everybody is still forming a view.
The realistic failure mode
Day to day, maintenance amounts to refilling canisters, emptying the drip tray and running the rinse cycle. Training is a demonstration and a note taped inside the cupboard about where the spare ingredient lives. The Bolero platform is long established and parts are easy to come by, and there is no grinder or milk circuit in the machine to go wrong, so what actually goes wrong is an empty canister on a Monday morning. Set a restocking day, keep an eye on water hardness, and follow the cleaning rhythm we recommend for commercial machines.
Where it stops being the right machine
Where a whole shift breaks at once, step up to a four-canister or Turbo model from the wider vending machine range. Where coffee is a revenue line rather than a courtesy, this is not the category to be shopping in at all. For a site of ten to fifty people, though, it removes the kettle queue entirely and gives visitors something better than a jar of instant, in a footprint that leaves the counter usable for everything else it has to do.
