If you are enquiring about a machine, it helps enormously to include four things: the type of venue, roughly how many drinks you serve in your busiest hour, whether you use fresh milk, and how much counter space you have. That is usually enough for us to shortlist sensible options in one reply.
Common pre-sales questions
Can you recommend a machine if I tell you my requirements?
Yes, and it is the part of the job we most prefer. Send through your venue type, your busiest hour, your milk requirements and any constraints on space, power or plumbing. We will come back with a shortlist and explain the trade-offs between the options rather than simply naming one model.
Do you supply consumables for machines bought elsewhere?
In most cases, yes. Beans, takeaway cups, cleaning products, glassware, milkshake mixes and slush syrups are not tied to buying your equipment from us. If you are unsure whether a particular cleaning product or filter suits your machine, send us the model name and we will check compatibility before you order.
Can I see or discuss ex-demo and refurbished stock?
Pre-owned availability changes as units come in and go out, so it is worth asking rather than relying on what is listed at any given moment. Tell us your budget and what you need the machine to do, and we will let you know what is currently available and how it compares with the equivalent new model.
